HolyWater Reports Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you and the Company regarding your use of HolyWater Reports (the "Service"), including all reports, text, graphics and other content available through it (the "Content").

The "Company" means Holy Water Limited, registration number ΗΕ 417105, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered address at Kypranoros 13, EVI BUILDING, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 201, 1061, Nicosia, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

Additional terms and policies

Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. If a separate written agreement between you or your organization and the Company conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails.

Access to the Service

Access to the Service is by invitation only. You may sign in only with the email address or Google account we have authorized.

You represent that the information you use to access the Service is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, including when your role or business relationship with us ends or if you breach these Terms.

Account security

Your access is personal. Do not share sign-in links, sessions or access with anyone. You are responsible for activity under your access, and you must notify us promptly at analytics.team@holywater.tech if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Ownership and intellectual property

License to the Service and Content

The Service and Content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Content you are authorized to access, solely for the business purpose for which access was granted.

Confidentiality

Content may include confidential business information of the Company and its partners. You must not copy, publish or disclose it outside your organization without our prior written consent, except as permitted by a written agreement with us.

No reverse engineering, decompilation or circumvention

You must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, or circumvent any security or access-control feature.

Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by the Company and its licensors.

4. Risks and disclaimer of liability

Content is generated from our data systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or revised later as the underlying data changes. It is provided for information only and is not financial, legal or other professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

5. Third-party services

Permitted use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• access, or attempt to access, Content or parts of the Service you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features;
• scrape, crawl or use automated means to extract Content, except through features we provide;
• probe or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless a written agreement between you or your organization and the Company provides otherwise.
